- Current WWE RAW Talent
- Here is my guide for those who have only just begun watching; or those who want to know a bit more about the talent currently working on WWE Raw every Monday night in America (and Friday night here in the United Kingdom).
- MARK HENRY - Extremely strong, but poor actual wrestler. Has been around since 1996 in WWE in some shape or form, but with little success really. Probably still there, because he was signed to a 10 year contract that WWE isnt in a hurry to pay out on to cancel it; but by all accounts a nice guy.
- MARK JINDRAK - Signed when WCW went bankrupt, a young talent who was jobbed out on screen at the time; then pushed down to the developmental territories. Still young, and a lot of newer fans don't remember him; so has a second chance. A lot of potential there.
- MAVEN - The first winner of WWE's 'Tough Enough' series. Probably the best thing to come out of it, in realistic terms. Good look, is picking up nicely; but is crying out for a bit more of a character and to be used more.
MOLLY HOLLY - Great wrestler, holds matches together really well with less talented female workers. In my opinion, the best female wrestler in the WWE bar none.
RANDY ORTON - You either buy the WWE's official line of this guy being the 'future of wrestling' or you dont. Personally, I dont. I see a below average worker who's father got him a job (his father was a good old school wrestler, Cowboy Bob Orton), and is being pushed WAY beyond his use and ability.
LA RESISTANCE - Continuing on the theory that WWE is so desperate to make new stars that they make the mistake of over hyping very average wrestlers - Rene Dupree and Sylvan Grenier. WWE has put the Tag Team titles on these two, in a desperate attempt to make fans believe they belong on the same page as the Dudley's; and all it has done is create apathy.
RIC FLAIR - The greatest World Champion of our time. Ric Flair in his prime could carry a broomstick to a four star match, and scarily is still capable of a half decent match when motivated in his middle to late 50's. I dont use the word legend too often, but this man truly is one.
- RICO - Currently working a 'gay' gimmick, which overshadows the fact that he is a decent enough wrestler. Is in his early 40's, and it is a testament to his abilties that the WWE brought him up to the big leagues when normally they prefer younger workers.
- ROB VAN DAM - Unique style, there is no-one quite like Rob in the ring. But this is what makes him SO popular with the fans. Adored, and for good reason. Very talented flyer, moves that you just wont see from other people.
- RODNEY MACK - Former ECW nightclub bouncer, tough guy but below average worker. Married to Jazz.

ROSEY - Now working as the comedy sidekick to The Hurricane, he is a (consider the acronym) Super Hero In Training. Actually, whilst his wrestling is used sparingly and his character is building; he is worth watching.
SCOTT STEINER - Big muscles, big ego; brought down to earth by WWE. A former WCW competitor with a shocking attitude problem, who has certainly been calmed down during this spell with the WWE. Used to be a great wrestler in the early 1990's, isn't now.
SHAWN MICHAELS - HBK was incredible before his back injury, and the best the WWE had to offer between 1994 - 1996. Now.... he's not as good, but he's still capable of working better than a lot of the roster is at full strength.
SPIKE DUDLEY - Former ECW wrestler, 'Little' Spike is the smallest guy on Raw; and is sadly misused. Can take bumps that normal people wouldn't even consider, very tough for his size.
STEVEN RICHARDS - Currently siding with women's wrestler Victoria, Steven is part comedy - part wrestler. He is ;ike a lot of the former ECW guys, the WWE just seem to either have no interest or no idea what to do with them; and this is no knock on the abilities of these men.
STEVE AUSTIN - Legendary wrestler carried the WWE through it's 'Attitude' era, and is the most famous man on Raw. He is co-general manager at the moment alongside Eric Bischoff, as injuries have probably sidelined 'Stone Cold' for good.
- TEST - Big and clumsy, very average wrestler who happens to be good friends with Shane McMahon off screen; and this is what probably keeps him in the limelight.
THE HURRICANE - Known as Shane Helms in WCW, is now a comedy super hero character, decent high flying wrestler. Very funny, and brings both entertainment and light relief to Raw.
THE ROCK - Wrestler turned movie star, only appears on Raw between films now. Loved by most fans, charisma hides the fact that he isn't actually that great a wrestler.
TOMMY DREAMER - The heartbeat of ECW. Hardcore till the end, doesnt wrestle much now and is said to be interested in working with the booking team.
TRISH STRATUS - Former women's World champion, has improved a lot from when she started. Certainly the most popular female wrestler.
- TRIPLE H - The cause of a lot of WWE's problems off-screen, his relationship with Stephanie McMahon has been used to keep himself in a main event position when he is neither physically capable of being there; or wanted by the fans to be there. The king of backstage politics and getting things changed to suit him.
- VAL VENIS - Rather controversial gimmick, that of a adult movie star. Has been around quite a long time but never with that much success.
VICTORIA - Another former women's champion, and one that I personally enjoy to watch. Good character and worker.
WILLIAM REGAL - I have the pleasure of being friends with a member of Regal's family, and I can honestly say from a personal level that he is a really wonderful guy who was there for me when I nearly lost my young daughter to illness. The best wrestler from England to make it in the USA full stop, even outside of personal bias.
